I promised to draw a sketch for :icondisturbinggoose: of her character Blue ^^' *cough* ..well, should have known.

Yes it is gloomy. Why? Because, after I finished it (it had a really nice BG and colour effects) the f*king Photoshop stopped responding. And for some reason I hadn't saved it during the process... so I had to start the colouring nearly from the beginning again. ooo, DAMN I'M STILL PISSED OFF +_+ And I thought we were going to be good friends with Photoshop.. *grr*

Oh well, you'd better like it Goose, I've gone a hell through for this ;D

Aside from the image losing it was fun, he's an interesting character ^^ I wasn't sure if the tattoos should glow, but I made them to do so, since it looked nice :3 And i'm interested in the reason of their existance, if they have any.. o.O
